David Alfin Arizal, a Biology undergraduate student, once again achieved impressive success at a martial arts championship held in Lumajang from April 25th to 27th. In this competition, which featured many talented participants, David won second place in the Single Weapons category.

This achievement was not achieved easily. David prepared diligently, from daily training to strengthening his mental and spiritual well-being through prayer to Allah SWT. The support and prayers of his parents were also crucial assets he carried with him through every step of his journey.

"Daily practice and prayer to Allah SWT are paramount, plus the blessings of his parents," said David.

Despite making it to the finals, David admitted that this was the second time he had to settle for second place in the weapons arts class. However, this did not dampen his enthusiasm. In fact, he used this experience as a powerful motivation for future competitions.

He hopes that in the upcoming weapons arts championship, David can win first place and realize his long-delayed dream.
