UMLA P2MW Makes Its Mark at KMI Expo UNSOED 2026

Lamongan, October 1, 2026 — Biology students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan (UMLA) participated in the KMI Expo 2026, held at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED), Banyumas, from September 29 to October 1, 2026. This event served as a platform for students from various universities across Indonesia to showcase the innovations, creativity, and entrepreneurial potential developed through the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW).

The UMLA P2MW team consisted of Dwi Novita Indriani (team leader), members Syayidah Nindhiatus S. and Pingky Karunia P., and M. Ainul Mahbubillah (supervisor).

The KMI Expo activities began on September 29, 2026, with an opening ceremony and a talk show. This was followed by a product exhibition and the KMI Award judging session. The UMLA P2MW team participated enthusiastically, seizing the opportunity to introduce their developed products and innovations to fellow participants and visitors.

On the second day, September 30, 2026, the event became even more vibrant with a cultural parade showcasing the cultural diversity of various regions. In addition to joining the parade, the UMLA P2MW team once again participated in the product exhibition, a key highlight of the KMI Expo.

On the final day, October 1, 2026, activities continued with the product exhibition before concluding with the KMI Expo 2026 closing ceremony. The entire series of activities attended by the UMLA P2MW team proceeded smoothly from start to finish.

The participation of UMLA Biology students in the KMI Expo 2026 served as a valuable experience for developing entrepreneurial skills, expanding networks, and showcasing UMLA student innovations at the national level. This event also demonstrated support for fostering student potential in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Through their participation in the KMI Expo 2026, it is hoped that the UMLA P2MW team will continue to grow and contribute to raising the profile of Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan through student projects and innovations.
